(1) Vendor needs to provide targeted case management training services work plan indicating the major tasks and completion timelines, include representatives of operations, provider relations, quality enhancement, and regional office community support teams , training of all development trainers, regional lead and headquarter staff, and agency, identified lead trainer staff, clearly outlined criteria for successful completion of training, provision of a certification of completion for all trainees that successfully complete all the training, trainees to evaluate training for appropriateness to skill level and responsibilities, overall perceived quality and relevance, etc. to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
