Government Authority located in Baltimore, Maryland; USA based organization looking for solar photovoltaic energy system to offset municipal electricity consumption services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide solar photovoltaic energy system to offset municipal electricity consumption services including design and installation of apves that will produce sufficient renewable electricity to offset a minimum of 25% and a maximum of 90% of the city’s annual electrical power consumption for all municipal facilities, all permits and inspections as required by local authorities having jurisdiction, design and layout , including direct interconnection with existing distribution system , self-supporting structural post or ground rack system, ground-mounted, to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 4, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
