[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management physical site inspection services for physical property inspection of multifamily housing projects representing loan collateral, monitoring the physical condition and management performance of multifamily projects and coordinate with the property management to the government authority located in Lanham, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 7, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office locatio.
