[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide performance-based budgeting consultation and software for process capable of tracking those KPIS as they relate to adopted budgets for each division.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 9, 2018.
(4) A contract term should be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
