[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services for on an as-needed basis prepare an analysis to determine financial resources available to the university to proceed with bond funding or bond restructuring or other financing or refinancing of university debt or capital improvements, analyze debt structure alternatives, analyze debt structure alternatives, review capital budget, review capital budget, assist legal counsel, bond counsel, and investment bankers in the development of new capital improvement and debt management programs and rules and regulations necessary to implement such programs to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 6, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than March 9, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
