Government Authority located Baltimore, Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for quality assurance services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide quality assurance services to monitor and review multiple contractors including but not limited to the mobility operations control the service delivery contractor including supplemental services and other third-party contracted services, review, evaluate and report on performance data, monitor mobility contractor operations and report deficiencies, manage the customer complaint process, review and monitor service delivery functions such as vehicle maintenance, operator training and performance, as well as service delivery facility inspections to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 15, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 1, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
