(1) Vendor needs to provide independent financial advisory and consulting services, policy guidance and procedural advice, development of financing plan, advise the commission in negotiated financing, assist in development of presentation to bond rating agencies, provide advice and input on the timing of commission debt issues, assist and advise the commission in the review and analysis of federal and state legislation impacting, assist the commission in special projects relating to debt issuance and financial matters, fiscal and economic impact analyses and feasibility studies to the government authority located in Riverdale, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
