[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial management and systems sustainment support to capability to provide quality accounting, financial management, budget rate generation, execution reporting, variance analysis, problem resolution, data reconciliation, business process improvements, software development, analytical services, as well as audit readiness support, capability to implement an ORACLE based solution and to migrate existing accounting operations to the new system, capability to support full financial statements audits and provide professional and technical expertise in handling volume of financial demands required on all from simultaneously for system development, financial advice, audit support, internal control and financial statement analysis.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 23, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
