[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supervisory control and data acquisition systems for emergency
repair, routine maintenance, operator training and minor upgrades, character, integrity, reputation, experience and efficiency and evidence of adequate insurance to comply with contract terms and conditions.
(2) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 20, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than February 27, 2018.
(4) A contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
