[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning services for air handlers, duct work, chillers, condenser pumps, chilled water pumps, compressors, exhaust fans, return air fans, motors, water systems, heat water pumps, clean and oil or grease all bearings, including motors, fans, Valves, pumps, damper bearings, including furnishing oil and grease for the call center to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
