[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide energy procurement and consulting services including, review current supplier agreements and advise , determine the best procurement method, prepare market forecasts and pricing models , create and manage a procurement strategy , software platform real time, online, and create an audit trail of all auction actions, finalizing the agreements with the energy suppliers, transitioning energy suppliers, audit all electric accounts, and verify billing, etc. to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal tele-conference will be held on January 9, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
