(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid program business process consulting diagnostic services to perform an analysis of the administrative aspects of the medicaid program, recommend business process including associated analyses of the rough magnitude of economic impacts, resource allocation, and implementation timeframe, analyze existing workflow processes and organizational structure to identify opportunities for improvement, etc. to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 9, 2018.
