[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning, indexing and management services using minimum scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF and CADD file format.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide destruction and recycling service of documents.
(3) Approximate work volume will be 250,000 documents per year.
(4) A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 4, 2018.
(5) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2018.
(6) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
