[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student online payment and billing solution, electronic commerce gateways and cashiering solution for enable students and parents to receive and pay any university invoice through the internet, web based reporting of all transaction data, ability accept all major credit cards and secured and scalable and support credit card, debit card and electronic check payments made online for student accounts receivable payments.
(2) A not-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 8, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 10, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
