[A] Budget: Approximately 1.3 Billion USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilm and paper to digital document scanning, converting and digitization services in multiple file format including pdf and tiff.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 3700 rolls of microfilm records and 3 million pages of paper records.
(3) A not-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 20, 2017.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2017.
(5) Contract period will be five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
