[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide time clock management system for efficiently capture time and absence for recipient agency employees, eliminate the manual process of timekeepers performing time entry, schedule the workforce efficiently and thus reduce overtime, and provide a fair opportunity to all eligible employees for overtime.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 11, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no letter then December 12, 2017.
(4) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
