(1) Vendor needs to provide community planning and development services for consultative and technical guidance, production of individual project scopes, design documents, construction documents, planning documents, specifications, project schedules and cost estimates, as well as bid, award, project management, construction administration, monitoring and testing, policy and regulation development, training and public outreach support and data analysis on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 17, 2017.
