[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide repairs and service to plumbing systems for repairs, maintenance
installation, extension and alteration of systems and control components which provide water and gas to the properties and remove liquid and water borne wastes from the premises to the government authority located in Kensington, MA.
(2) A pre- bid conference will be held on November 1, 2017.
