Government Authority located in Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for recording and transcription services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recording and transcription services for board meetings, provide MP3 audio files of the recordings and prepare and provide verbatim transcripts of the meetings in Microsoft word 2003 or later format.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 25, 2016.
(3) Contract period shall be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
