[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and design services to review of existing park conditions, site analysis with review of existing physical, biological, and cultural features of the park, community oriented design development, public engagement with residents and park users to gather information, develop visions and concepts of what the park could become while considering environmental and social opportunities and constraints to the government authority located in Hyattsville, MD.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2017.
(3) A pre-proposal site tour will be held on October 11, 2017.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
