[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing system have ability for landlords to view and pay multiple accounts at one time, ability to pay bills online via credit card or bank draft, ability to input payments with or without a cash drawer, ability to import batch payments from third party credit card company, support for restoration fee and other unique periodic payments, ability to identify multiple meters, ability to create special onetime charges with the option to assess and collect the charges over a user-defined period of time, support for an unlimited number of custom billing cycles, including weekly final billing and ability to get instant status of total utility billing web receivables, number of web accounts and website activity.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 30, 2017.
