(1) Vendor needs to provide social media analytics tool for capable of capturing, analyzing and presenting data and metrics about the digital presence, capability to capture quantitative metrics on the breadth of social media content, capture the audience size of social media channels, capture demographic data for followers of social media channels, capability to capture the number of conversions from each social media platform, capability to perform influencer identification, capability to track message-level analytics on social media platforms, capability to capture the number of positive comments on a social media post and capability to capture data on campaign outcomes for social media channels.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 24, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
