[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial of the shelf licensing and regulatory management system will be used by staff, administrators and licensees from each of the boards including admissions, medical records, physicians, nurses, therapists, consulting physicians, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, lab technicians, administrators, social workers, utilization review, performance improvement and others.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 27, 2017.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
