[A] Budget: Up to 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide facility construction services including reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab with steel framed masonry walls and roof structure with interior walls and utilities, a portion of the facility is to be designed to meet sensitive compartments and classified areas, utilities, pavement, site improvements, communications, fire protection and support to the government authority located in Ft. Meade, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 6, 2017.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
