(1) Vendor needs to provide procurement management information system for create transparency, visibility and accountability by tracking procurement status, approval workflows and staff performance metrics and reducing manual efforts in order to decrease procurement process cycle times.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 19, 2017.
