[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24X7X365 student safety hotline services to students and community members a toll-free number where they can report security and safety concerns, answer multiple calls simultaneously and both an electronic and hard copy database of incoming calls and notification records.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 24, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
